Southpark is quite funny but some of the scenes maybe a bit too morbid even for adults."`*

Well said, Mike. The noise issue certainly does come down to our freedome of movement. I can't say it enough, if we don't monitor it ourselves then it regulations will only strangle us as riders even more.

All communities have noise regulations, laws and ordinances. In most cases, these legal rules do not specify a particular mode of transportation as a guise for additional scrutiny nor taxation.

In moves of legalized prejudice, name calling, and specialized interest to the law enforcement agencies, there are specific laws regulating motorcycles and motorcyclists that have no other purposes than taxation and intense scrutiny from law enforce3ment agencies.

Rather than question constitutional validity of such laws, I think that it is more important to take a look at yourself, the motorcyclist, biker or enthusiast and decide whether or not you would prefer to have those in government legislate you off of your motorcycle. Should you decide that you would prefer to ride and your children and grandchildren be afforded the joys of riding, do not allow non-riders and control freaks tell you what you can ride and where you can ride.

Freedom of movement is the real issue here.
