That is just an amazing area. The more I get around the peaks and volcanoes the more I love and am scared by them. National Geographic has a great article on Yellowstone National Park this month. A motorcycle trip last summer from Minnesota to Yellowstone is what started my interest in volcanoes. Should have given me a call. I was just down the hill from Takhlakh Lake, at my cabin in Trout Lake. The Gifford Pinchot (IMHO) has some of the most beautiful motorcycling roads in the country! I rode the Windy Ridge loup from Vancouver a week or 2 ago. It was awsome! 200 miles of twisties and world class sceanery. One of my all time best days on a bike. Take care, Tim Great write up Sean!
