Jeff casted a line out in the lake, but he only came back without a lure. I "borrowed" a boat and tried to get it back for him. After almost falling in I decided to graciously return the "borrowed" boat before getting caught! Fantastic place.

Sean,

Takhlakh Lake has been a favorite of mine since 1968 when I spent the summer there cutting trails for the Forest Service. The skeeters darn near ate us alive!

The fishing is fantastic! The good folks at the fish hatchery receintly stocked the lake with 4,000 trout. Even I can catch a fish there with those odds!
